Sustainability

Why Trees Are Part of Our Story

We’re committed to advancing innovative solutions and protecting the world’s most irreplaceable natural environments—because the future of our planet depends on what we do today.

At Incept, trees are more than design—they’re a symbol of growth, resilience, and harmony with our planet. Our choice to use tree art across our website reflects our commitment to sustainability and the future we want to build.

A Vision Grounded in Nature

Climate change is a global crisis, and it demands global collaboration. At Incept, we’re committed to protecting the planet’s most vital ecosystems and driving unified action for a more sustainable future.

Working From Anywhere, Caring for Everywhere

By operating remotely, we’ve reduced our carbon emissions by 54%—cutting down on daily commutes, unnecessary travel, and office energy use. It's a small choice that creates a large ripple.

Sustainability isn’t just for today—it’s for tomorrow. That’s why we encourage our team’s families to get involved in our mission. One of the most beautiful examples? A heartfelt movie review - The Year Earth Changed - from Lisa Kurian, our employee’s daughter.

Narrated by David Attenborough, The Year Earth Changed is a powerful documentary that captures the extraordinary ways nature responded when the world went into lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Lisa’s reflection reminds us that even young minds can grasp the importance of protecting our planet—and sometimes, their words carry the most truth.

Inspiring the Next Generation

17 Goals

United Nations Sustainable Goals

In 2015, world leaders agreed on 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to create a better, more equitable, and sustainable future by 2030—but today, only 17% are on track due to global challenges like COVID-19, economic pressures, conflict, and the climate crisis.

Incept and the UN Goals

At Incept, we are committed to supporting these goals through our business operations, talent development, and community initiatives, with a focus on promoting zero hunger, quality education, reduce inequalities, and climate action. We’re proud to play our part in building a more sustainable world.

While we may be a small company, we know that impact isn’t about size—it’s about commitment. We believe that every commitment—big or small—has the power to drive meaningful change, strengthen communities, and build a more sustainable future.

Guided by a global perspective and a purpose-driven mission, we’ve identified four key impact areas that define how we create meaningful change.

Partnering for Impact: Supporting SEEDS to Advance the UN Goals

One of Incept’s proudest commitments to the UN Sustainable Development Goals is our support for SEEDS to India, an NGO driving real impact across vulnerable communities in India and Nepal.

Through innovative building, nature-based solutions, disaster readiness, and child protection, SEEDS advances goals like climate action, sustainable cities, quality education, and reduced inequalities.

In 2022, SEEDS was honored with the United Nations Sasakawa Award for Disaster Risk Reduction, recognizing their people-centered approach and alignment with global frameworks like the Sendai Framework and the SDGs. Their Strategy 2030 aims to help 315 million people in 225 climate hotspots adapt and thrive.

Incept is proud to support their mission toward a more resilient and sustainable future.
